Delivery Information

Delivery times

• Vinyl doors and panels approx 3 weeks
• Plain MDF doors and panels approx 2 weeks
• On-Line ordering is for the UK mainland only
• We deliver mainly to the UK mainland E-mail us for prices if you are outside the UK mainland.

Postal

• For hinges handles ond other small items

FedEx

• For parcels or multiple parcels, this is a next weekday service.
• Before 10am and before midday deliveries can be arranged but are an extra cost, please Email for prices.
• Saturday deliveries can be arranged at an extra cost of £25.00 per delivery. Payment can be made by phone or bac’s.

Pallets

• We use pallets to deliver larger amount of panels and carcasses. The pallets are delivered by truck and the pallet can be opened on the lorry, you do not have to take the pallet but can if you wish. We will contact you the day before delivery.

Direct van deliveries

• When possible we use vans for direct deliveries, this is ideal for local deliveries or large loads for whole bedrooms or kitchens.

Customer can collect or arrange collection

• Customers are always welcome to collect their own doors and carcasses. You can also arrange to collect your own goods.
• Payment must be made before or during collection.
